JadeXS develop Mortgage planning software and Conveyancing software for the Australian and New Zealand financial and Legal services industries.

JadeXS is privately owned by its Australian directors. Our flagship software is designed by Mortgage Brokers for Mortgage Brokers.

We specialize in providing a wholistic approach to your software needs. Experience has shown us that this strategy equates to better advice. In the ever changing world of financial services, it is evident that more focus has been placed on profit, rather than customer service, and that banks have 'lost their way' in actually helping people to become financially independent.

JadeXS has been designed by a member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australasia, which means we adopt a nationally recognized Code of Practice, which is covered by the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL), this means you can be assured that you are dealing with a well-trained, well informed organisation who is qualified to provide broking software.

How is the name JADEXS derived?

Jade has the same meaning as greenstone, a precious New Zealand stone, which
is green in colour. It is a Maori Legend, that states to give someone greenstone
or Jade, means good luck and good fortune, hence, the name Jade Financial
Solutions, by giving our clients Jade we wish them good fortune.

Understanding the mortgage software market

There are a wide variety of software vendors offering a plethora of mortgage products. This competition is to your advantage, but only if you know how to judge one product from another.

MortgageXS was implemented by a team of Microsoft® ‘DOTNET’ Professionals. Its implementation uses the latest in Microsoft® Technologies to provide the most comprehensive Mortgage Broking software on the Australian market. MortgageXS has been designed from the ground up and is not based on an old superseded platform.

MortgageXS uses an MSDE (Microsoft® Database Engine) database as the backend. The Microsoft® SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine (MSDE 2000) is a data engine built and based on core SQL Server technology. MSDE is compatible with Microsoft’s premier database product SQL Server. For more details on MSDE go to Appendix A and Appendix D.

The front end has been implemented in Microsoft® DOTNET. Microsoft® DOTNET is Microsoft’s newest programming language. DOTNET will also be supported on 64bit operating systems when they are released.
