- Comprehensive Client
Details. MortgageXS allows for any number of clients to be applied
to a single Loan. The Client screen is simple and easy to use with many
time saving features. One client can have any number of loans.
- Sophisticated
Loan screen. The loan screen has been designed to be the most comprehensive
loan entering screen available but yet user friendly. The screen contains
18 critical dates. Any number of security properties can be added to
one loan.
- Easy
to use and Easy to Setup
- Online
Help. In addition to the Manual, MortgageXS contains online help
which is accessible by the click of a button. The online manual is fully
illustrated and contains nearly all the content of the Manual.
- Automated
Notes and Tasks. Probably the most important feature of MortgageXS
is the Notes and Tasks. MortgageXS Notes and Tasks are fully built in
and do not rely on a third party tool like outlook. The benefit is that
the Notes and Tasks of all users can be viewed and tracked by other users
with appropriate security. In other words a manager can ensure that consultants
are not missing critical dates or falling behind or forgetting work.
Every time MortgageXS starts the user is alerted to any outstanding Tasks.
MortgageXS also has many automated notes and Tasks. By editing dates
in the loan screen almost certainly a note will appear in the notes screen

allows the user to drag documents into a clients Document Management
screen. Documents are then encrypted and can be viewed at a later date.

client documents available at the click of the mouse.

management tool. SQL Server today has become a critical component
in many organizations' computing infrastructure. Convenient tasks include
Backing up a Database, Restoring a Database, terminating a user connection,
rebuilding indexes on a table and more.
- Commission And Trail Tracking.

Tracking forms making it easy to reconcile commissions and trails at
